Sophie’s career in fine jewellery began at university, where she spent her summer holidays working at London's leading jewellery houses including Annoushka, Boodles, and De Beers Diamond Jewellery. After graduating from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Art History, Sophie pursued her passion for gemstones by studying gemmology at HRD in Antwerp, the historic diamond capital of the world.

Eager to learn more, Sophie headed to New York City, where she qualified as a gemologist at the renowned Gemological Institute of America. Driven by her frustration with the lack of personality in engagement ring design, she launched her eponymous brand just one year later.

Today, Sophie can be found designing bespoke engagement rings at her workshops in Hatton Garden, studio in Notting Hill or office in Soho.
